Our office parking lot sits along Route 19, between Kona International Airport and downtown Kailua-Kona (near Costco). It's the most convenient option for guests staying in the Kona area. Parking is free.

The most convenient option for guests staying in Waikoloa Beach Resort, Mauna Lani, or Hapuna Beach. Free parking is available in the large lot behind the shopping center. After parking, wait for the tour van at the shuttle stop in the same area — look for the large yellow umbrella.

Maunakea Visitor Information Station

Pickup time: 3:10pm–4:25pm (varies by season)
The most convenient option for guests staying on the east side of the island (Hilo, Volcano National Park area) — about 50 minutes from Hilo or 80 minutes from Volcano National Park by car. Park in the gravel lot on the south side of the Visitor Center and meet the tour van there.
